In the second image, even though there were some clouds in the sky the Moon looked quite pretty surrounded by the pink coloured clouds left over from sunset.
The wide field image was taken with a Canon 700D and a Canon 17-85mm lens @53mm, ISO800 and exposure was 1/10th second.
The close up image was taken with a Canon 70D camera and a Canon 100-400mm lens @ 400mm, ISO 640 and exposure was 1/500th second.
