Galaxy NGC 5128 is in the constellation of Centaurus and is also affectionately known as the Hamburger galaxy because of its dark dust lane that separated the galaxy in two, its also a well know astrophotographers target, the galaxy is about 15 million light years away and is a very strong radio wave source, hence the name ‘Centaurus A’.
